TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORDERING

Orders can be placed through the online store as well as by calling or e-mailing: contact@mirteldesign.com. Orders placed over the phone are confirmed by e-mail. Returned products must be marketable, the products may not be washed or worn. We will not take the responsibility for any returned items of closing, which are lost in transportation. The clothing items by Mirtel Design are unique and all designs are protected under the Republic of Estonia Copyright Act. Mirtel Textile OÜ has the right to claim compensation for damages in the event of any violation of the Copyright Act.

PRICES

All prices are inclusive of value added tax. The costs of embroideries, packaging, and delivery are not included in the prices. Mirtel Design reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice. Discounts are applied to larger orders.

PAYMENT

When purchasing goods from the online shop, you are requested to pay 100% of the price of the order and choose the delivery method. You can pay for the clothes in cash at our showroom and with a bank transfer according to the issued invoice. The bank details of the recipient are the following: MIRTEL TEXTILE OÜ, Swedbank, IBAN: EE02 2200 2210 5821 8348.

DELIVERY

Purchased items of closing can be picked up at 55 Raua Street in Tallinn. In other cases, purchases can be delivered to parcel terminals (Itella SmartPost, Omniva, DPD) or by using a courier service (ELS, DPD). Products, which are available at our warehouse, are delivered within 2-4 working days. Out-of-stock products are delivered within 1-3 weeks. Please contact us to check the availability of products in our stock. In the case of international parcels, any customs charges or other potentially applicable fees are covered by the ordering party. For further information, please contact the Tax and Customs Board.

RETURNS

If you find that a delivered product does not meet your expectations or does not fit, you may return the product within 14 days after the date of receipt. Returned products must be packed in original packaging, unused, and in a marketable condition. To return a product, please find the check, invoice, or another document, which proves the purchase. -Products may be exchanged or returned within 14 days after the date of receipt of the product. After expiry of the 14-day return period, returns are only accepted if the product has been maintained and used as intended, but defects are found, which are presumably manufacturing defects. -Products must be returned in an unworn and unwashed state and in original packaging. -Products cannot be returned, if the product was designed based on your wishes, is decorated with embroideries ordered by you, or if there are any other reasons, which would prevent us from reselling the product. -If a product has been sent to you and you would like to use postal services to return the product, you will have to pay for the delivery.
