How can I know when my order has been sent out?

After we have packed your order and handed it over to the courier, we will send you notification with tracking information by e-mail.

How long will delivery take?

The length of the delivery time depends on your location. In most cases the package should arrive within 6-10 working days. Additionally to delivery time we ask 2-5 working days for packaging your order.

What happens after I have placed my order?

After we have received your order, we see if we have your ordered workwear in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will send it to production. In most cases if the item is not in stock we are still able to send it out within 5 working days. If we need more time we notify you by e-mail. 

How can I return items?

We do not offer free returns outside of Estonia. If you would like to return any items you may send the workwear in original packaging back to us (Mirtel Design, Raua 55, 10120 Tallinn, Estonia, ph: +37255537105). More information can be found here

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes! With your order confirmation we have attached your invoice. It is usually located at the end of the e-mail. 
If you are not able to find the invoice, send us an e-mail!
