1. Initiating a Return

We recommend initiating a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

For your convenience, a return form with detailed instructions is included with every shipped order.


2. Returns & Exchanges in Estonia

We offer free returns and exchanges via parcel machine for all orders within Estonia.

  • Use the return label and instructions included in your package.

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, simply return the original item using the provided return method and inform us about your exchange.


3. International Returns (Outside Estonia)

Please note that free returns are not available for orders shipped outside of Estonia.

  • Customers outside Estonia are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If you have any questions before placing an order, feel free to contact us at contact@mirteldesign.com.


4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you have received the wrong item or your workwear is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We will cover the return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.

  • Include a photo and brief description of the issue when contacting us.


5. International Exchanges (outside of Estonia)

We do not process traditional exchanges. Instead:

  1. Return the item you do not wish to keep.

  2. Place a new order for the item you want.

  3. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s).


6. Returnable Product Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • Undamaged

  • Not personalized with logos or features that deviate from our standard product range.

  • In original packaging


7. Defective Product Claims

We maintain strict standards for the quality of our materials and craftsmanship. If you believe an item is defective:

  • File a complaint as soon as you notice the defect.

  • Under the Consumer Purchase Act, defects must be reported within a reasonable time (within 2 months is considered acceptable).

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear or on products older than 2 years is not eligible.

To file a claim, email contact@mirteldesign.com with a photo and description of the defect. Please allow 14–30 business days for the refund to be processed. Unauthorized or ineligible complaints will be returned to the sender.
