14-Day Return Period
If you are purchasing as a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Item Condition
Returned items must be:

unused and unwashed
-
undamaged
- with original tags attached
- returned in original packaging where possible
Items showing signs of use may be subject to a reduction in refund value.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges.
To request an exchange, please contact us and include:
- your order number
- the product name
- the size you would like instead
Replacement items are sent after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Estonia
Returns can be arranged via parcel machines.
International Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return instructions will be provided after contacting our customer service.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will refund:
- the price of the returned goods
- the standard delivery cost originally paid (if applicable)
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

personalized items
- products with embroidery, logos, or special alterations

Legal Guarantee
