1. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the last item is received.


2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from the purchase, you must inform us by a clear written statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Please include:

  • your name

  • order number

  • the item(s) you wish to return

You may use the following example statement:

“I hereby withdraw from my contract of sale for the following goods: [product name], received on [date].”


3. Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us.

Returned goods must:

  • be unused

  • be unwashed

  • be undamaged

  • include original labels and tags

  • be returned in original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


4. Return Shipping

Estonia

We offer free returns via parcel machines for orders delivered within Estonia.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside Estonia, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return instructions will be provided after contacting our customer service.


5. Refunds

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund:

  • the price of the returned goods

  • the standard delivery cost originally paid (if applicable)

Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option will not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed:

  • without undue delay

  • no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or

  • after receiving proof that the goods have been sent back

We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of return has been provided.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is agreed with the customer.

No additional fees will be charged for the refund.


6. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges as a commercial service.

Replacement items are dispatched after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

For orders within Estonia, exchanges can be arranged through parcel machines.

For international orders, customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the product is defective.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made according to the customer's specifications

  • clearly personalized or custom-made products

  • items modified with embroidery, logos, or special alterations

Such products cannot be returned unless they are defective.


8. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • your order number

  • description of the issue

  • photos of the product (if possible)

Consumers are entitled to remedies under EU and Estonian consumer protection law, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund where applicable.


9. Legal Guarantee

Consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal conformity guarantee under EU and Estonian law.

If a product develops a defect that existed at the time of delivery, the consumer may request:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • price reduction

  • or refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

The guarantee does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear

  • improper use

  • damage caused by incorrect care or washing

  • mechanical or chemical damage caused by the user


10. Business Customers

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to consumers.

Business customers (B2B) do not have a statutory right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed in writing.
