1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed starting from the next business day, and the 1–2 business day processing period begins from that time.
During periods of high demand, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
If a significant delay occurs, we will notify the customer by email.
2. Delivery Times
All orders are shipped using trackable delivery services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

4. Delivery Responsibility and Risk
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the customer when the goods are delivered into the consumer’s physical possession.
For business customers, risk transfers when the goods are handed over to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been dispatched, the Seller cannot guarantee successful delivery.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs for reshipment.

8. Split Shipments
In certain cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability or logistics requirements.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping costs for split shipments.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
