Returns Initiation:

We recommend initiating a return within 14 days from the date you received your order.

Returns from Outside Estonia:

Please note that we do not offer free returns for orders shipped outside of Estonia. If you have any questions or need assistance before placing an order, please contact us: contact@mirteldesign.com

Defective or Incorrect Items:

If you have received the wrong item or if your workwear is damaged in any way, please contact us. We will cover the cost of returning the package.

Exchanges:

At Mirtel Design, we do not facilitate traditional exchanges. Instead, kindly return the work clothing you no longer wish to keep and place a new order for the desired item. Once we receive your return, you will receive a refund for the returned workwear item(s).

Returnable Products:

Returnable products must meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be unused and unwashed.
  • Products must be undamaged.
  • Products must not be customized or different from our standard product line.
  • Products must be in their original packaging.

Defective Items:

We uphold the highest standards for quality in sewing and materials. If you believe an item in your order is defective, we request that you file a complaint as soon as the defect is noticed. According to the Consumer Purchase Act, you must report a defect within a reasonable time, ideally as soon as you discover it. Defects discovered within two months of purchase are considered valid complaints, provided they result from an original production error. Issues caused by normal wear and tear and products older than two years are not eligible for complaints.

To start a complaint, please send a picture and a description of the defect to contact@mirteldesign.com. Each order claim is manually processed, and it may take 14-30 business days to see a refund in your account. Unauthorized complaints will be returned to the sender.
